Adebanji Abimbola Adeniji

Adebanji Abimbola Adeniji is a Human Resources Manager, Cultural Mediator, and Workforce Development Specialist with a proven record of advancing inclusive HR practices across humanitarian and corporate sectors. With over three years of professional experience and a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School, he brings a unique blend of organizational strategy, intercultural competence, and people-centered leadership to his work.


Currently serving as a Street Educator with Al Reves Società Cooperativa Sociale in Palermo, Adebanji develops inclusive strategies to reintegrate disadvantaged youth, combining mentorship, education, and community engagement.
