Dr. Stefania Russello

Coordinator of Progetto Maddalena, Casa dei Giovani Ets

Dr. Stefania Russello has twenty-five years of experience with the Casa dei Giovani Association in the anti-trafficking intervention area within Progetto Maddalena, one of the 21 national projects envisaged by the Italian National Anti-Trafficking System.

Their mission is to give support and help to victims of trafficking and serious exploitation present in the territories of Palermo and Trapani by implementing the Unique Program of emergence, contact, assistance, and social integration in favor of foreigners and citizens referred to in paragraph 6-bis of Art. 18 of Legislative Decree No. 286 of 25 July 1998. This includes victims of the crimes provided for in Articles 600 and 601 of the Penal Code, or those covered under paragraph 1 of the same Article 18 (Art. 1 (1) and (3) of the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 16 May 2016).
